How to delete your account
Open the Horsepal app
Launch the Horsepal app on your iPhone or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Open the left side menu
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen to open the side navigation panel.

Scroll to the bottom of the side menu and tap Delete Account. You will be prompted to confirm your decision before anything is removed.

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your Horsepal account and login credentials
- All horse profiles, health records, and health metrics
- Training sessions, ride data, speed, distance, and heart rate logs
- Gait analysis data and performance insights
- Stable and staff management records
- Stored documents, images, and videos
- Personal preferences and app settings
